Evolution of Innovative Labeling Technology
Capmatic’s labeling systems (LabelStar®) are versatile to adapt to changes in market demands. These systems can be configured to place labels on front, side, back, top, bottom, or panels of either glass, plastic or metal bottles, and cardboard cases.
Capmatic’s systems are ideal for the pharmaceutical industry. They are built around a low profile stainless steel base and are easy to maintain. A wide range of options are available to be added onto Capmatic’s labeling systems (see below).
The labelers are designed to meet current GMP1 requirements and to facilitate fast and easy setup. The self learning ‘Photostop’ sensing system is built into each labeling head to ensure precise stopping and positioning of the label.

The LabelStar® systems are available with a single or dual heads for front and back labeling application. To ensure accurate and repeatable label placement, Capmatic® LabelStar® uses stepper motor technology. This feature provides long term accuracy and eliminates the service requirements associated with the use of clutches and brakes.

MONOSTAR™
CONTINUOUS MOTION LABELER Capmatic’s MonoStar™ Pharma is a high-speed continuous movement labeler designed to apply partial-wrap or fullwrap pressure sensitive labels onto unstable containers. The system is configurable with infeed or outfeed trays and custom rails to handle a variety of standard and odd shaped containers. ROTOSTAR™ Capmatic’s RotoStar™ is a high-speed pressure sensitive labeler that can apply to top, neck, shoulder, front, or back for various types of bottles. It can be configured to apply up to five labels. Applications: Vials | Round | Oval | Square | Rectangular Speed*: Up to 500 BPM**
LABELSTAR® SYSTEM 1 • 2/1 | 2/1T LabelStar® System 1 and 2/1 series are designed to apply a partial-wrap or full-wrap, and panel-wrap labels on many different types of containers. LABELSTAR® SYSTEM 2/2 | 2/2T LabelStar® System 2/2 serie is a versatile dual head labeler, designed to simultaneously apply a front and back label on a variety of bottles. LABELSTAR® SYSTEM 3 LabelStar® System 3 serie is a top and/or bottom labeler. It is designed to be integrated with LabelStar® System 2/1T and 2/2T. Optional special twin-shaft feedscrew is available to handle shaped or unstable containers.
