This term has been nothing short of incredible, with a wide array of engaging events and activities. From thrilling sports participation to family fundays and trips, our students have embraced every opportunity to learn, grow, and shine.
OUR SPORTS PROGRAM
Our sports program continues to be a highlight of every week! Every Friday, students eagerly participate in a variety of activities that not only keep them active but also provide wonderful opportunities to connect and bond with their peers
Each session kicks off with warm-ups and social interaction, setting the tone for an enjoyable and energetic experience. From karate and tennis to swimming, soccer, and basketball, we offer something for everyone. These activities foster teamwork, discipline, and a love for staying active, all while creating lasting memories
STUDENT HIGLIGHTS:
We are excited to announce the launch of our new Model United Nations (MUN) Club! This initiative opens doors for students to develop their public speaking, diplomacy, and leadership skills. Looking ahead, we’re thrilled to share that the club will participate in prestigious MUN conferences starting in 2025.
This term also saw the celebration of our Annual PrizeGiving Day, where we honored outstanding achievements in academics and co-curricular activities. It was a proud moment for our school community as we recognized the hard work, talent, and dedication of our students.
Additionally, sign-ups for the Presidential Awards Program are now open! This program offers students the chance to earn accolades for their commitment to personal development, leadership, and community service. We can’t wait to see their achievements!
FAMILY FUNDAY
This term, we hosted an unforgettable Family Fun Day at Karura Forest, bringing together parents, students, and teachers for a day filled with fun, laughter, and bonding. The event featured a variety of engaging physical activities and friendly competitions that got everyone moving and smiling Families also enjoyed leisurely nature walks, soaking in the serene beauty of the forest. To top it all off, we shared a delightful picnic lunch, creating a perfect blend of relaxation and community spirit. It was heartwarming to see our school community come together in such a vibrant and joyful way. We can’t wait for the next one!
STAFF TEAMBUILDING
This term, our staff had the opportunity to strengthen their bonds and recharge during an inspiring teambuilding retreat to Hell’s Gate National Park.
The day was filled with awe-inspiring moments as they explored the stunning landscapes, including dramatic cliffs, lush greenery, and breathtaking waterfalls. Following the scenic adventure, the team enjoyed a refreshing swim and shared a delicious meal together.
This experience not only fostered camaraderie but also provided a chance for our dedicated staff to connect, relax, and return reenergized for the term ahead.
SALAMA COMMUNITY SCHOOL
The students visited Salam Community School Children's Home, where they generously gave back to the less fortunate During their visit, they had the opportunity to interact with students from diverse backgrounds, forging connections, gaining valuable insights, and experiencing the profound beauty of giving back.
BURUDANI ADVENTURES
The students visited Burudani Adventures Park, where they enjoyed an action-packed day filled with exciting activities They embraced the thrill of ziplining, explored scenic trails while hiking, and tested their endurance with cycling The experience provided not only fun and adventure but also a chance to bond, challenge themselves, and create lasting memories.
