STEP 2: RECEIVE EMAIL CONFIRMATION An email confirmation will be sent for all reservations to the email address on your account. Once you receive your email confirmation, verify that all travel details are correct. Information provided includes your resort, arrival and departure dates, number in your party, check-in time, unit type, resort address for arrival, presentation appointment time, and directions to the resort.
STEP 3: CHECK IN TO YOUR RESORT At check-in, you will be asked to provide a credit card to secure onsite charging privileges. After you’ve settled in, you’ll receive a call from our staff to assure your accommodations surpass your expectations.

QUICK GUIDE RESERVATIONS How can I make reservations? Contact a Discover by Capital Vacations representative at (866) 280-0277 to reserve your vacation via telephone. How far in advance should I reserve my vacation? It is better to reserve your Discover vacation package as early as possible in order to ensure the best vacation dates and destinations availability. Is my Discover by Capital Vacations reservation guaranteed? Your vacation reservation is guaranteed upon receipt of your emailed reservation confirmation. Refer to your Discover by Capital Vacations agreement for a full list of terms and conditions. Is there a minimum night-stay requirement? Most resorts require a three-night minimum. Some resorts require a full-week minimum stay with check-in on a specific day. On what days may I check in? You may request a variety of check-in days based on availability. Call your Discover by Capital Vacations representative for additional details. How do I make changes to my reservation? You may opt to change your reservation at any time with no fee before 28 days of arrival. For changes made fewer than 28 days out, there is a $99 rebooking fee. Which unit will I be assigned during my vacation? Specific units are assigned at check-in and are based on availability. What if I don’t have enough points in my Discover program to book my preferred resort and stay dates? With Discover by Capital Vacations, if you need more points to complete your reservation you can rent additional points at the preferred rate of $0.02 per point.

The Discover by Capital Vacations program features a limited number of resorts and vacation destinations.
