How the Capital Vacations Club Aspire Program works:
Members with qualifying outside timeshare inventory may be eligible to enroll in the Capital Vacations Aspire program. Once enrolled, the Member will pay the annual Club Participation fee of $.0006 per point* on this inventory. Therefore, this inventory may be counted toward Capital Loyalty tiers and eligible to use inside the Capital Vacations Club network.
Members who wish to use their Aspire inventory within the Capital Vacations network must assign Capital Vacations® the usage rights for an existing timeshare week or points owned a minimum of 9 months prior to the date of travel, and then pay the applicable fee determined by the Member’s VIP Loyalty level. See your loyalty chart for reference. Discounts are applied to the base fee of $119.
Capital Vacations® will assign the new Club Member a number of Available Points based on an internal conversion point system. Club Member agrees to assist if necessary to place a guest confirmation on the reservation for the inbound arrival that will be using their week (required only if the Club Member’s outside resort rules require this).
Available Points issued will be deposited in the Club Member’s account for vacation travel.
Club Member enjoys all of their Capital Vacations Club usage rights with their new Aspire points added to their account for that year.
Details of Participation in Capital Vacations Club Aspire Program: 1) Club Member must purchase Silver status in Loyalty Membership Program. 2) Club Member will receive number of Available Points based on Available Points internal conversion point system. 3) Club Member is responsible for on time payment of existing maintenance fees for weeks/points converted into the Club Aspire Program. *4) There is a nominal participation fee of $.0006 per point for the Club Aspire Program to be paid annually regardless of whether Club Member deposits Club Aspire Points into the Club Aspire Program. Participation fee subject to change. 5) Upon deposit of the Club Aspire Points, the Club Member will pay a banking fee based on their current status in the Loyalty Membership Program.

GLOBAL EXCHANGE TIERS
Each resort in the Global Exchange network is assigned a tier value for each 7-night stay across the 52 weeks of a calendar year. Tier values are determined by several factors including the resort location, demand, and amenities. The assigned tier may vary throughout the year to reflect seasonal demand.
Each Tier includes a 7-night resort stay in a standard 1-bedroom accommodation (sleeps up to a minimum of 2 adults).

Season upgrades are available to elevate your Tier level after you deposit it in the Global Exchange. Season upgrades are paid with Club Points and you may upgrade to the maximum Tier level 6. With Tier upgrades, you can travel to any property in the global network at any time by elevating the value of your initial deposit.
Borrowing Points
If you do not have a sufficient number of points in your current year’s allocation for your desired exchange vacation, you may borrow up to 100% of the next year’s points allotment by paying the full maintenance fee (annual billing) or by paying the first month of auto payment (monthly billing). Borrowed Points will then be allocated in your Club account and available for use under your Club benefits, including use in the Global Exchange.

Membership
Membership in Global Exchange is provided to all Capital Vacations Club Owners. Owners are automatically enrolled during the contract period and membership renews annually for no additional fee. Members’ Club loyalty level is matched in the Global Exchange.
Membership is terminated in accordance with the terms and conditions and rules of Global Exchange.
Participation in Global Exchange
Members must be current on all Club financial obligations including loans, fees and dues to participate in the Global Exchange. Named members on the contract may participate in the Global Exchange. This does not include Club “authorized users”.

Cancelling a Reservation

Refunds are determined by the number of days until the check-in date which is deemed the “cancellation window”. Refunded tiers will be deposited back to your Global Exchange account. HOW AVAILABLE POINTS WORK
At the beginning of your use year, your Available Points are deposited into your vacation account. The use year for your Available Points is January 1 through December 31 of each calendar year.
Any unused Available Points at the end of your use year will expire unless you call an Vacation Concierge Specialist to have them banked for an additional year. There are some restrictions on when Available Points can be banked based on Loyalty Program level.

HOW MANY AVAILABLE POINTS DOES IT TAKE?
Available Points Utilization: when assessing how many Available Points you need to vacation, the following factors dictate the Available Points cost to reserve an accommodation or make an exchange:
- The Season or time in which you wish to travel
- The size of accommodations needed
- The length of stay
Please remember weekends and holidays will generally require more Available Points.
For each Capital Vacations destination, each day of the week is assigned a points value and each week of the year is within a designated season. Seasons are generally determined based upon location and demand of the applicable resort.

How far in advance can I make an Available Points reservation?
Booking your vacation through Capital Vacations® is simple. You can make an Available Points reservation in any season up to 13 months in advance based on your Loyalty Program level.
All reservations are subject to availability, Available Points requirements and Loyalty Program level, so plan ahead to secure the resort accommodations and the vacation time you desire.
Is there a minimum night-stay requirement?
Most resorts require a two-night minimum stay except holidays, which require a three-night minimum stay. Some resorts do require a fullweek minimum stay with check-in on a specific day. Travel flexibility is offered for our loyalty tier members under the Capital Flex Travel program.

When booking a reservation, we strongly recommend utilizing the Available Points Protection Plan, which keeps your points safe in the event that you need to cancel your vacation. If you choose to purchase the CPPP, you may cancel up to 30 days prior to your arrival and receive a refund of 100% of your Available Points used for your reservation.

When are my Available Points added to my account?

How are my reservations confirmed?
When your reservation is confirmed, either by phone or online, you will receive a confirmation number. If you reserved a vacation online, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address on file within minutes of completing the reservation. Reservations booked by calling Vacation Concierge Specialist will receive a printed confirmation email or letter in the mail 7 to 10 business days after your call. For details about the resort, including virtual tours, photos, floor plans and resort layouts, as well as driving directions and area attractions, visit CapitalVacationsClub.com. Reminder: Your Maintenance Fees, Club Dues, and Facility Fees must be current to make and use a reservation.

Banking Available Points & How to Determine Banking Deadlines
Banking your Available Points helps ensure that unused Available Points are not lost if you are unable to take a vacation that year. Banking Points allows you to leave Available Points in your account until next year when maybe in a better position to take a vacation.
• You may save up to 100% of your Available Points by banking them from your current Use Year into the following Use Year.
• Banked Available Points must be used during the following Use Year.
• You must bank your Available Points before the end of your banking deadline based on your Loyalty Program Level. See page 163 to review Preferred banking deadlines. See page 168 for Silver, Gold and Platinum banking deadlines.
Guidelines for Vacations through Global Exchange
Capital Vacations Owners may exchange their Club Points through Global Exchange. This network grants each Owner the ability to exchange Club Points into the largest exchange network with the ultimate flexibility. Exchanged Club Points can be used in the Global Exchange for a 7-night vacation around the world.
Global Exchange is available for all Capital Vacations Owners. The best part is that you still just make one call to a Capital Vacations Owner Services to make a reservation.

Are we required to pay a Cleaning Fee for each reservation made?
Members are required to pay Cleaning Fees on each reservation they make. However, each member is entitled to one (1) cleaning fee for each 75,000 points owned. Cleaning rates vary by property housekeeping policy and must be paid for when the reservation is booked.
