Capital One Hall is located on the Capital One Center Campus in Tysons, Virginia. Event and meeting planners enjoy the convenience of booking Capital One Hall event accommodations for their guests at The Watermark Hotel, a luxury hotel located steps from the venue.

Capital One Center is a short drive from Dulles International Airport (IAD) and Regan National Airport (DCA), easily accessible from the Capital Beltway (495) or a quick walk from the McLean stop on The Silver Line Metro.

As one of the largest of event spaces at Capital One Hall the 10,000 square foot atrium is also has two main bars, access to an outdoor terrace and . Our professional production team can accommodate your specific audio and visual needs. Please note this space is located on the basement level of the venue. Both stair and elevator access is available.

Floorplan | The Atrium • The Atrium at Capital One Hall is one of the largest event spaces on property. It hosts four spaces available for small gatherings, or as additional break-off rooms for larger events.

• The Atrium is accessible by way of The Grand Staircase or by elevator and escalator access. The Atrium has two concession areas including a stationary main bar.

The Main Theater

It can be used as secondary event space for presentations, breakouts for larger events or stand alone as a full space for theatre style presentations, receptions or panel discussions.

• The Vault is accessible by the Grand Staircase, elevator or escalator. Entry to The Vault is through the Main Lobby of Capital One Hall – there is no external entrance.

• Both male and female restrooms are conveniently located close to The Vault

• The Vault Lounge is accessible by the Grand Staircase, elevator or escalator. Entry to The Vault Lounge is through the Main Lobby of Capital One Hall – there is no external entrance.

• The Vault Lounge is most often used in combination with events in The Vault • The Vault Lounge can also be used as a breakout space, an exclusive VIP meet and greet space or an Executive Lounge for Atrium and Main Theater events • The Vault Lounge a has a fixed 9 ft bar and concession space plus three mounted televisions that can be customized for each event.

The Gallery -$500.00 The Gallery is an open air landing on the7th floor of Capital One Hall surrounded by open windows, natural light and beautiful architecture. The full bar is adjacent to the space and can be outfitted for: • Meetings • Award Ceremonies • Cocktail Receptions • Breakout Sessions • Dinners

The Executive Boardroom

The Executive Boardroom $250 The Executive Boardroom is an exclusive space at the top of Capital One Hall. The sleek architecture and beautiful meeting space will elevate any meeting or conference call for 20 or less. The space is wired for video conferencing.

The Executive Boardroom is located on the 7 th floor of Capital One Hall and is accessible by Elevator, and stairs. There are private restrooms adjacent to the space.

The Classrooms

Classrooms - $300 both /$200 ea

The Classrooms at Capital One Hall provide the perfect atmosphere for breakout sessions, meetings or events for up to 100 people. The Classrooms can function as two spaces separated by an airwall or they can be used as one space. The Classrooms have two televisions that are capable for video conference or live streaming in house events.

The Classrooms are perfect for: • Small Meetings • Breakout sessions • Additional back of house event space • Overflow seating areas for Main or Vault Theater Events • Town Hall meetings • Trainings or teambuilding • Luncheons

What are the menu options for events at Capital One Hall?

• No, we don’t permit any outside food and beverage • We have three Specialty Caterers we partner with as well: Main Events, Occasions, Spilled Milk What are the beverage options at Capital One Hall?

• Capital One Hall offers bar pricing in the form of packages, on consumption or cash bar. We can always create signature mocktails / cocktails! Pricing ranges from $6.25 ( non-alcoholic beverages) to $14 (mixed drinks) • All Beverages will have 24% service charge added • Labor (Servers and bartenders) are an additional cost. $150 / per 4 hours. We require 1 bartender per 75 guests.

• Events where alcohol is being served require security which is also an additional cost. 1 Security guard per 100 guests @ $200.00.

How do I secure the space?

• You would provide your DID Number and Sign a SOW. Once the SOW is signed, the venue fee is nonrefundable Do I need to rent furniture for my event at Capital One Hall?

• In house tables and chairs are complimentary for usage at your event. Linen is $10-$20 per table.

How do I secure sound, lighting or AV equipment for my event at Capital One Hall?

• Yes, the Events Team can reserve other spaces in the building based on availability How Does Parking At Capital One Hall work for events?

• Parking is available for $15 per vehicle. The cost can be charged by attendees or hosted by the client Can Capital One Hall help me secure talent for an event?

• Yes, Capital One Hall can negotiate for talent on behalf of an event – please provide budget with the ask.
