in the spring. Talk about your offseason coming off your injury? This offseason was about recovery, my second ankle surgery in two years. Being healthy and helping my team achieve our goals is number one priority. What is the team mindset going into year 3? Our mindset is about improvement, getting better each day and trusting the process. Our team goal is to make a run in the playoffs, win an away playoff game. What that looks like, time will tell. My personal goal is to contribute to the team in any way possible. I want to make big plays in clutch moments. Talk about your role as a senior leader? It’s all about encouraging your teammates, including the guys new to the program. Helping people on and off the field is something I take seriously. I am there to help my teammates with my knowledge and experience. That being said, I am open minded to learning from my teammates as well.
