GEELY GALAXY LIGHT

Geely Auto Group unveiled a new, fully electric concept, the Geely Galaxy Light, as part of the brand’s ‘Geely Galaxy’ product series that will launch later this year.

In February, Geely had unveiled two plug-in hybrids, the L8 SUB and L8 saloon, as part of the new range, but the Chinese manufacturer revealed a pure electric ‘Light’ concept at the Shanghai Auto Show.

Geely claims its Galaxy products will utilize a dedicated smart electrified architecture as well as E-CMA, for its long-range hybrid product range. The Geely Galaxy range has also adopted a futuristic new design language created specifically for the smart electrified model range.

The new ‘Luxury Mover’ is the fourth model in the Lexus Next Chapter, following the successful introduction of the all-new NX, RX and all-electric RZ SUVs. It is the latest stage in a complete product line-up renewal that includes new platforms, new powertrains and innovative technologies.

Available as either a 4-seater or 7-seater, the interior of the LM will be ultra-premium, featuring a 48-inch widescreen HD monitor, with a 14-inch rear multimedia display which can be operated independently from the one in the front console (only available with the 7-seater spec).
