A total of 24 confirm ed sales between January and July 2025,slightly up from 18 sales recorded during the sam e period last year We have rem oved the retirem ent building Good Hope Park (GHP) sales from these num bers and the stats below.

GHP has had an im pressive 8 sales so far this year. The average sales price for these 24 sales was R10.4 m illion ? an increase of +43.98%com pared to the sam e period in 2024.This has been largely influenced by the increase in sales in the higher price range apartm ents this year.

The highest prices achieved this year in Mouille Point were R27 m illion (195m ² apartm ent in Elstree,Waterclub) and R25 m illion (311m ² apartm ent in Two Oceans Beach).

ASKING VS SOLD PRICE:

Year to date,sales prices were an average 12.6%below listing price,higher than the average 6.1%during the sam e period last year.
