A total of 21 confirmed sales were recorded between Jan-May 2024, compared to 23 during the same period last year.
The average sales price for these 21 properties of R5.13 million was just 2.8% higher than year-earlier levels.
The highest price achieved this year in Mouille Point was R15.25 million sold in Mouille Sands.

PRICE PER SQM:
Year to date, the sales price per square metre has averaged R47 054/sqm – a decrease of 1.53% compared to last year. The highest rate p/sqm was achieved in South Seas at a rate of R70 000.
TIME ON THE MARKET:
In 2023, the average time on the market was 143 days.
ASKING VS SOLD PRICE:
Year to date, sales prices were an average 6.2% below listing price, marginally below 6.9% during the same period last year.
BUYER PROFILE
Of the 21 sales recorded thus far this year, only two were sold to foreign buyers. During the same period last year, four of the 23 sales were made to foreign buyers. In both years, all local buyers originated from the Western Cape.

4 New Padel courts will be erected alongside the tennis courts with a fabulous new restaurant servicing the players, spectators and residents of the surrounding area. There is ample parking provided surrounding the courts.
Padel has developed into the fastest growing sport in the world and with courts in the Waterfront and in Camps Bay, we will finally have facilities of our own! The area will now offer tennis, squash and padel as alternative sports to the swimming, gym, kayaking and golf on offer in the vicinity.
The wonderful STEPBROTHERS restaurant will be relocating to this area serving unbelievable coffees, croissants and pastas. We wish Gionathan well and look forward to supporting this friendly establishment which relocates from Bantry Bay in August 2024.
Surrounding this area is a pristine new landscaped garden established through the generosity of a Mouille Point resident. A massive chess board has been erected in the centre of this new garden. The area has re-generated into a first class node of our wonderful suburb.
