1. ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNT

ENROLLING IN ONLINE AND MOBILE BANKING

To enjoy the benefits of Cape Cod 5’s Online and Mobile Banking, you’ll first need to be enrolled. You can complete this process on your own using a computer or mobile device, or you can ask us for assistance in one of our Banking Centers or through our Customer Service Center at 888-2254636.

Already enrolled in Online or Mobile Banking?

Simply complete a first-time login process when accessing the upgraded systems for the first time. You will automatically see your new account(s) in the Dashboard once signed in. www.capecodfive. com/logging-first-time Assistance Getting Started We have created a number of online resources to help you get started. Watch videos and access step-by-step guides for logging in and using the upgraded app at www.capecodfive.com/online. As always, our team is here to help! CAPE COD 5 VISA® DEBIT CARD

Your debit card is activated and ready for use anywhere Visa® is accepted and at ATMs worldwide. To request a debit card, please call our Customer Service Center at 888-225-4636. See page 4 for more details.

Call 888-333-0555 with your account number and authentication information to access your account via Telephone Banking.

If requested, your checks have been ordered and will arrive within 7-10 business days. If you would like to order checks for your account, please call our Customer Service Center at 888-225-4636.

DEPOSITS

Direct Deposits — Set up your recurring deposits (paychecks, pension and Social Security payments, etc.) to be credited directly to your account. You can find a form to give to your employer for payroll checks at capecodfive.com/ welcome.

Mobile Deposits — Deposit checks from your mobile device using Cape Cod 5’s mobile app.

Banking Centers — Visit one of our convenient Banking Centers. See back cover or capecodfive. com/locations. ATM Deposits — Deposit cash or checks at one of Cape Cod 5’s convenient ATM locations, which can be found on the back cover or at capecodfive.com/locations.

PAYMENTS

Bill Pay — Once you have signed into Online Banking, click on the Payments tab to send payments to businesses and people. It’s secure, and there is no charge for this service. See page 3 for more details.

Debit Card — Make purchases wherever Visa® is accepted and withdraw cash from ATMs worldwide. Use Apple Pay®, Google Pay™ and Samsung Pay® to make purchases in-store or in-app with your compatible device. See page 4 for more details.

Electronic Payments — Provide routing and account numbers to any businesses with whom you have recurring electronic payments.
