FOCUSED INTERVENTIONS WE ARE INCREASING IN DEPTH AND BREADTH We’ll continue to work in Omoro District and Nwoya District.

We’re also responding to an acute need in Lamwo District. The sub counties where we will work contain 25% South Sudanese refugees and 75% Ugandan host communities.

Our holistic approach puts us in a unique position to meet the needs of these intertwined communities and we’re excited to open our first satellite office in Kitgum.

UNPARALLELED RETURN ON INVESTMENT We continue to become more efficient and effective in our program implementation. Because of our reliance on a/b testing within program delivery and our impact data tracking, we are continually iterating and improving how we work. The result of this approach is a substantial decrease in our per capita cost as our program is doubling in size while our budget is only increasing by 40%.
