Our neighbourhoods
As part of the Canvas family, you are welcome to use meeting rooms and communal space in our buildings, across our neighbourhoods.
This guide will showcase our buildings and help you to book space as and when you need it.
As part of the onboarding process, everyone in the team should have received a link to join the Canvas Community by signing into the Canvas Members Portal. Simply follow the ‘Sign In’ link received and create a password.
Once you are logged in, please refer to this guide on how to book meeting rooms across the whole Canvas community of locations

Bleachers:
At our Luke Street building, you can privately book and enjoy the Bleachers presentation area for up to 40 people. The space is a great setting for company presentations, events or even team socials.The Bleachers form part of the bigger communal space when not privately booked, so feel free to pull up a bean bag, get your laptop out and work from there.

Garden:
Access to green space via the Luke St Garden provide a bit of tranquility within East London’s urbanity. All our occupants have the benefit of communal access to the gardens, which can also be privately booked.

Event space:
At our Holborn building, you can privately book and enjoy the event area for up to 60 people. The space is a great setting for company presentations, events or even team socials.

Podcast room
For any budding podcasters, 88 Kingsway has it’s very own Podcast Room on the first floor. Here you can book the room and privately record away without being disturbed.
Boardroom
88 Kingsway benefits from a premium Boardroom space located on the 2nd floor. This room can accommodate up to 14 people and is equipped with a Polycom Studio video soundbar.
The Boardroom is monitored throughout the day, and therefore access is by using your digital pass only.
