PIER 17 RETIRED SURFERS BAR MULTIPLE LOCATIONS Developed as a way to both modernize and monetize former fountain locations in Simon Premium Outlet locations, Pier 17 is an open air Cafe concept designed to be approached from all sides. Pier 17 has been approved and is starting construction on its first location in the Vineland Premium Outlets near Disneyworld, FL.

FYSH BAR AND GRILL PORT ORANGE, FLORIDA
Created as an anchor to Port Orange’s Riverwalk park and development this restaurant from Sid Eats Hospitality group is the first of several water front locations for this modern beachy Bar and Grill. The building was designed so that most of the roof could be used as an open air bar which has proven to be the most popular part of the restaurant! *Completed while principal at Gravity Architecture and Design.

MI APA CASUALLY CUBAN
GAINESVILLE, FLORIDA Tasked with creating a new prototype with a drive thru that still felt like a family restaurant we worked with Mi Apa founder Peter Ynigo to combine traditional Cuban Materials, reminiscent of his childhood in to a modern form. This 2800 SF restaurant is slated to open mid 2024 in Alachua, FL

RETIRED SURFERS BAR MULTIPLE LOCATIONS THIS CASUAL RESTARUANT AND BAR THEMED AFTER A WEST COAST STYLE SURFERS BAR WAS INITIALLY FOUNDED IN THE FRENCH QUARTER OF NEW ORLEANS BUT HAS SINCE EXPANDED TO MULTIPLE LOCATIONS INCLUDED THE CRUISE PORT IN ARUBA. *Completed while principal at Gravity Architecture and Design.

CAFE VERDE GLOBALLY INSPIRED LOCALLY SOURCED NEW SMYRNA, FLORIDA This re-concepting for the popular Cafe Verde in New Smyrna Beach pulled form the menu’s organic and international textures to create an ambiance that reflects the unique pairing of international and clean eating. At the same time the new layout, bar location and warm filtered light brings the craft beverage offerings front and center to the guest experience.

COASTAL KITCHEN
SANFORD, FLORIDA Looking to transform downtown Sanford into a dining destination, and anchor a city block of development for Nation Development, we partnered with Restaurant Partners to develop Keely’s Kitchen. Located in a historic building, originally constructed as a Buick dealership, we developed a layered design that embraced portions of it’s past while also expressing a coastal dining experience.

JESSE’S ON THE BAY, FORT MORGAN THE SECOND LOCATION TO THIS POPULAR RESTAURANT IN THE GULF SHORES AREA EMBARKED ON COMBINING BOTH AN ATMOSPHERE THAT REFLECTED THE HIGH CALIBER OF THE FOOD AND BEVERAGE PROGRAM WHILE ALSO PROVIDING A COMFORTABLE SPACE FOR BOATERS TO STOP BY AT THE END OF A DAY FISHING OR CRUISING. THE SOLUTION WAS TO PROVIDE AN OPEN AIR OYSTER BAR ON THE FIRST LEVEL AND A MORE FORMAL DINING ON THE SECOND.
