Seychelles, a tale of two island clusters, each with its own distinct allure. Picture the Inner Islands, a brilliant array of granite and coral isles, most of them untouched and ripe for exploration. A few of these islands are inhabited, and boy, are they special - home to nature reserves brimming with unique species like the Coco De Mer and an array of birds on the verge of extinction.
Then you have the Outer Islands. A whole different ballgame: 72 low-lying atolls and sand dunes, also known as the Coralline Islands. Imagine palm trees rustling in the breeze, hardy shrubs, coral reefs, and lagoons. Aldabra, the most remote of these islands, is a world unto itself, boasting a mesmerizing, eroded lunar landscape and the largest lagoon. It's a sanctuary for bird species, houses the largest population of giant land tortoises in Seychelles, and is a favorite for nesting turtles.
