Pre-Construction & Engineering
Fire Protection
In-house professional engineers review architectural and structural details to ensure a comprehensive scope and accurate target design costs. Workflow sequencing and scheduling are then developed to seamlessly incorporate safety, quality assurance, and quality control measures.
Fabrication
FID, (Fabrication Industry & Design) located in Boston Seaport, is Cannistraro’s fabrication facility. The product is fabricated and stored using state-of-the-art equipment and skilled craftsmanship. Piping and sheet metal systems are modeled and pre-assembled for just-in-time delivery. All mechanical systems, including plumbing and fire protection piping, are modeled with 100% accuracy to ensure seamless integration during construction.
Service To support the construction team, our service group manages start-up and commissioning processes, coordinating all life safety testing procedures. Additionally, our factory-trained technicians provide expert preventative maintenance and daily service to hundreds of clients, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of mechanical systems.
