if you see it, you own it.

If you see it, you own it. How do your personal safety values stack up against those you work with everyday? Safety standards, processes, and procedures are more prevalent than ever to help keep us safe. When those principles are not there to guide us, do we still take personal ownership to follow the best practices that have been put in place? It’s important that everyone accepts a greater level of responsibility for our own safety and the safety of others.

Challenge yourself to embrace accountability for your safety, even when no one is watching.
