Trent, What can a cover letter reveal about someone who already works for you? While I have no surprise revelations, I would like to share why I am the ideal leader for the Data Office. Relationship Building: I know how to build strong relationships, even in difficult circumstances. In my current role, I quickly developed a strong rapport with my current directs, including those who also applied for my role. I have also been connecting with the other reporting leaders to get a head start establishing a positive rapport. Adaptability: The past two years have been uncertain. I have pivoted frequently between supervisors and teams while maintaining high performance and a positive team culture. I apply feedback without taking it personally, and since becoming Director, not a single FBI employee has voluntarily left Nutrien. Relentlessness: I never give up. The Data Office will deliver unmatched service and results. The team will be at the forefront of best practices. And, when all is operating smoothly, I plan to have a leader prepared to take the reins, allowing me to bring best practices to another space within Nutrien. I strongly support the vision of One Nutrien, NBS and the Data Office. As you know, I am ready to get to work helping to make that vision become a reality. Warmest regards,
Candyce Thieken
