Candice combines her love for the property industry with her passion for marketing and exceptional service. Before moving to Sunshine Coast in 2015, Candice worked in Brisbane where she began her career in property management in 2001. After much success, Candice partnered to manage her own successful real estate agency with another well known franchise, before moving forward to new challenges coordinating and managing display homes for a number of respected and well-known builders throughout Gold Coast and Brisbane.

Having also managed the marketing and operations for a number of high growth ecommerce businesses and obtaining further Postgraduate quali�cations to specialise in strategic marketing, Candice has been drawn back to the property sector through her love for the lifestyle and community on Sunshine Coast. Candice’s dedication to her clients is �rmly underpinned with strong values of integrity and transparency, as well as a tenacity to get results.

Being part of a collective group of 5 of�ces known as the Ray White Coastal Living Network, the group carries out over 6,000 buyer inspections per quarter, obtaining premium prices and keeping clients informed every step of the way though the selling process. Candice is well positioned to offer you the guidance and support to make your property dreams a reality.

Outside of work, Candice enjoys keeping �t and active with variety. She is a proud “Fur Mum”, passionate about animal welfare, and enjoys supporting and volunteering for companion, farmed and wildlife animal rescues and sanctuaries.
