SHOTCRETE SUPPORT POSTS

Minequip’s shotcrete support posts are prefabricated concrete posts designed to take the place of pillars that are shot-in-place using conventional methods. The posts are deigned as a quick and effective method for installing support in large excavations underground. They are commonly used in the cut-and-fill mining method, and take the place of ore pillars that are costly to leave in place. Each shotcrete support post is available with a rebar strain meter cast into the middle of the post. This feature allows for the user to monitor the load applied to the pillar.
