Ergonomic Hand Formers
Because of HexArmor’s advanced manufacturing capabilities, we’ve gone beyond the industry standard to create the Helix® Series. Ergonomic hand formers are used to achieve a true fit in the 1090 and 2066 styles. From finger tips to wrist, helping to reduce hand fatigue, and increasing the consistency and quality of fit.
Health Standards
Most Helix Series gloves are REACH compliant, with a handful tested by the ProDerm Institute for Applied Dermatological Research, ruling them free of silicones and solvents – making them safe for sensitive skin. The Helix 1090 and 2066 also meet the stringent Oeko Tex Standard. This global standard tests every material in gloves for harmful substances and ensures that gloves were made in an environmentally friendly production facility.
In accordance with the criteria of Oeko-Tex® Standard 100 tested textiles guarantee that there are no substances that affect human health.
The safety gloves awarded this quality seal were clinically tested by the proDerm Institute for Applied Dermatological Research and are dermatologically approved.

REACH Compliant: Avoidance of substances classified as carcinogenic, mutagenic or reprotoxic, persistent, bioaccumulative or toxic.

Design Innovations
While most gloves act as a safety barrier, when using hand held screwdriving tools, gloves can become a hazard when they get caught in these moving machine parts. This can pull the hand or finger into the equipment and cause severe injury to tendons, muscles, and ligaments – and can even sever the finger.
Safe Finger Release Technology (SFR) is a high-tech innovation that features breakaway fingers, making it an ideal glove solution for applications where gloves need to be worn while operating hand held screwdriving tools that are powered pneumatically or electronically. A Cut Above
Helix® seamless gloves offer an incredible range of cut resistance, from ANSI/ISEA level A1 to A9, giving you the highest performing, most comfortable gloves on the market. With our innovatively intertwined glove yarns, Helix® gloves provide the highest gram scores of their kind. Our 13-gauge HPPE/Fiberglass/Steel material with Coretex™ technology tests at 5600 grams of cut resistance. Our revolutionary design calls for higher cut-resistant filaments to be woven on the outside, while including a softer-feeling cut-resistant knit on the inside – a game-changer for glove comfort and longevity of use.
