LUNDMARK-AKOW LAKE GOLD DISCOVERY 2019 4.75 m @ 8.66 g/t Au • The most significant discovery in this greenstone belt outside the Musselwhite gold mine property in decades.

• 30 km from Musselwhite mine, road and power lines.

• Unique vein type same as Red Lake and Timmins gold camps.

• Exceeds typical ore grades and widths required for mining.

PLUS NEARBY VMS DISCOVERIES

• 3 VMS type Cu-Ag-Au+/-Pb-Zn zones also discovered in 2019, up to 1.26% Cu and 2.4g/t Au over 3.25 m; only 1 hole each so far, all zones open along strike and at depth.

• 13 conductors in the immediate area remain untested.

• Abundant quartz-feldspar porphyry intrusions suggest nearby volcanic centre associated with >7 km long well developed alteration pathway.

ROMIOS’ new gold discovery at LUNDMARK-AKOW LAKE shares an important and relatively rare feature with these two giant gold camps: the presence of unique open-space filling textures in large calcite veins near the gold veins.

These textures indicate the fluid system is sourced deep in the crust and is likely to have a significant extent in order to have travelled so far.

FOUR MAJOR MINERAL DEPOSIT TARGETS 1. NEW GOLD VEIN DISCOVERY IN 2019: 4.75m @ 8.6 g/t Au with V.G. Similar vein found 350 m north. Winter geophysical program proposed to trace veins and controlling structure.

2. MASSIVE SULPHIDE COPPER-GOLD-SILVER: First discovery of this type in this belt by Romios at Atim Lake North in 2017 (1.9 m @ 2.35% Cu, 1.4 g/t Au, 68 g/t Ag). Three more VMS horizons intersected in 2019 drilling 7 km away along an alteration pathway. Numerous untested conductors.

3. MUSSELWHITE STYLE GOLD-IN-BANDED IRON FORMATION. Property covers ~11 km of the same BIF that hosts the Musselwhite Gold Mine (>6 M oz Au) 18 km to the south. Largely unexplored.

4. SHEAR ZONE GOLD High grade gold up to 38 oz/t Au in grab samples of copper-bearing veins within a broad deformation zone at basalt-porphyry contacts. No work since 1999 until 2019. Newly identified Cu-Au soil anomaly flanks the showings.

MASSIVE SULPHIDE ALTERATION PATHWAY  100-150 m wide.  Intense hydrothermal alteration.  Scattered intervals of lowgrade Cu-Au throughout.  Consistent over a >7 km length.  Massive sulphides typically occur on the flanks of these pathways.  Atim Lake North VMS discovery flanks pathway, strong evidence for this model.  Commonly find multiple VMS deposits along the alteration pathway.  Numerous untested EM conductors along the known extent of this alteration zone.

PROPOSED WORK – 2020 GOLD & VMS DISCOVERIES 1.

Complete a ground VLF and Magnetics survey over the postulated N-S trending, controlling (?) fault structure between the gold vein intersections.

2.

Complete down-hole EM surveys of holes RGR-19-011 and -010 to help delineate the main gold vein intersected in hole RGR-19-005 and the thickest portions of the VMS zones intersected in hole RGR-19-010.

3.

Drill test any significant linear North-South VLF-Magnetic anomaly proximal to the gold intercepts.

4.

Drill test any significant down-hole EM conductor adjacent to the VMS intercepts in hole RGR-19-010.

5.

Drill test the best of the remaining 6-7 EM targets in this area.

6.

Detailed mapping and soil sampling over the Spence Showing and along the BIF.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT The Lundmark-Akow Lake project is under the supervision of John Biczok, P. Geo., VP-Exploration for Romios and a Qualified Person as defined by National Instrument 43-101. In addition to his extensive experience exploring for a wide variety of ore deposit types across Canada and India, Mr. Biczok spent 12 years conducting exploration and research at the Musselwhite mine just 18 km from the Lundmark-Akow Lake property.
