The Creation’s Shared Struggle and Solidarity Stream 2021 grant funded projects focused on strengthening solidarity among BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) youth and providing opportunities for relationship-building. With the grant funding, youth leaders were able to expand cultural connection programming in their communiti foster solidarity among BIPOC participants, enhance the well-being of youth, a leadership and solidarity building. The projects were successful in aiding community building, supporting wellness initiatives, sharing cultural knowl empowering the active engagement of BIPOC youth. Despite challenges such as schedul issues, staff changes, and material delivery, grantees effectively overcame difficu through their adaptability, flexibility, and problem-solving skills. Youth valuable skills in communication, cultural awareness, and relationship building through their projects.
