Join the Centennial Place Residence Council Residence Council is a group of students who live in Centennial Place Residence, working together to represent the interests and needs of all residents. The mission of the Centennial Place Residence Council is to represent the interests of the community by creating a greater sense of building spirit and pride via social and educational events. Why should I Join Res-Council? All residents are encouraged to get involved and come to Council meetings to propose and plan events for residents. There are many reasons to join, but here are our Top 5: 1. You'll meet new friends from throughout the Centennial Place community! 2. You can help plan great social events from a Budget designed specifically for you! 3. You will benefit from personal and professional development skills (such as communication and event management) and these look great on a Resume! 4. Minimal time commitment (one-hour meetings, bi-weekly)! 5. Residence Council is a great first step towards seeking employment on the Residence Life Staff (Past Residence Council members have gone on to become Residence Assistants and/or Leasing Assistants... some, even Management!) How to join Res-Council? Floor Representatives are selected at the 1st Floor Meetings with your Residence Assistant. There is one (1) Floor Representative to advocate for each floor community. The Floor Representatives make up the General Council, who then elect their Executive. If you missed your meeting, speak to your Resident Assistant (RA) about joining Res-Council.

My name is Asnath Ndosi and I am the residence assistant for the 2nd floor at Centennial Place . Go Knights!! I am from Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. A beautiful coastal country located on the eastern part of Africa. I studied International Business Management and will be taking Social Psychology during the winter at Centennial College. I believe in paying it forward and making a difference in my community no matter how small therefore I look forward to meeting you all and for us to make wonderful memories together.
FUN FACTS ABOUT ME I love love avocados I enjoy travelling and exploring new places I am an Afro-Arab Watching anime by Studio Ghibli is my favourite past time. Me and my friends started an initiative back in Tanzania to end period poverty. I have had the pleasure of meeting Richard Quest.

3RD FLOOR RA - COWBOYS Hi! My name is Adam and I am the Resident Assistant on the 3rd floor. I moved to Canada in January of this year and I am currently entering my 3rd semester of Culinary Management.
FUN FACTS Being an RA is my first job experience. My main interests are anything tech related, cooking, cars, music and music production, gaming, and Formula 1. I'm an introvert and prefer staying in than going out. I love all things purple, 80's, and sunsets for aesthetics. I have built a computer. I am a night owl.
