If you’re reading this, you’re already off to a great start in keeping up with the exciting things happening at Centennial Place. This monthly Newsletter sees a ton of effort from our team invested in keeping you apprised of the programs, events, policies, and some otherwise-random-butawesome things happening in our community and beyond. I’m thrilled that you’re taking the time to see what we have in store for you. This year looks very different with COVID-19 at our doorstep, but we’re doing everything we can to keep it out, keep you safe, be smart, and do our part. We trust you’ll do the same, and help maintain Centennial Place as a warm, welcoming and—perhaps most importantly this year—COVID-free community that you can feel apart of. We’re working hard to reinstate privileges that have been temporarily suspended in an effort to mitigate the spread of this virus, and hope you’re as excited as we are to get back into the beautiful amenity spaces at Centennial Place, and participate in some great activities. To our new residents, thank you for choosing us. We appreciate you, and we want you to feel comfortable asking questions, seeking support, and building a positive and memorable experience in Residence. To our returning residents, thank you for choosing us (again)! We appreciate you, and your choice to continue living in the centre of it all—even if it looks a little different than before. Why did I Choose Centennial Place: I chose to live in this Residence because it is the perfect place to start your new journey in Canada. I only have to focus in my studies because Centennial got us covered with paying utilities and fixing whatever we need. Also I like the fact that I'm surrounded by a lot of students that are in the same situation that I am. I made many international friends in this place, that with time became my new family.

You should explore before the summer ends!

We can't believe this summer is coming to an end. Before this happens, go grab your sunscreen, picnic cloth and face mask and get ready to enjoy some of the following locations while the weather keeps smiling at us. Make sure to check the weather report before planning your trip, as you don't want to be caught in the middle of a thunderstorm at the beach. If you choose to go to a park or beach be prepared with picnic items, snacks and games for your excursion. You can get these at any dollar store or mall.

While the city is moving forward in the reopening stages it's better to be safe than sorry. We encourage you to use your face mask at all times and avoid big gatherings. Let's collaborate to create positive memories of Summer 2020.

For joining us in our ice cream social this summer, where we secured an ice cream truck to visit the residence and provide delicious treats for our amazing residents. We loved seeing you enjoying the nice weather and having an ice cream in the centre of it all.
We understand it has been a stressful and complicated Summer as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, and Management wanted to do something extra special as a show of gratitude for your patience, cooperating, and understanding.

BUILDING POLICIES
The use of face masks is mandatory when entering the building and must be worn at all times until arriving your unit. The NO Guest Policy is still in effect, to ensure the well-being of our residents. Our housekeeping staff is going above and beyond constantly sanitizing the common areas helping us excel in the safety for all of our residents.
DELIVERY
No delivery persons are allowed in to the building, if you order food or groceries please meet the delivery person outside. If you bought something online you will receive an email from our staff letting you know you have a package.
