Dear Residents, I want to extend my warmest welcome greetings to you.Thank you for making the choice to live with us. Our goal is to provide you with a secure, clean, convenient, and supportive home away from home. I am certain you have already noticed what a unique and special property Parkside is and am confident you will love it here. Being a Mom myself and having sent my own kids away to school, I know how difficult this can be for parents and similarly the transition for some students can taketime. This is even more so during these challenging times. We have spent weeks putting plans in place to protect our community. You will see sanitization stations, physical distancing measures, mandatory mask signs and so on. I implore you to follow and respect these measures so we can keep our common spaces open and enjoy all we have prepared and all Parkside has to offer. Take advantage of the fantastic programs our Community Assistants have been working so hard to prepare for your arrival. It’s a great way to meet other residents, form new friendships and create the memories you will have forever. Our CommunityAssistants have been busy training and preparing to ensure they are equipped to support you this year. So, remember you are never alone, you have your peers for support and me if you need a “mom”. Make yourself at home and enjoy all we have to offer. Feel free to come by(with a mask on)and say hello as I look forward to meeting you over the next few weeks. COVID PREVENTION Our top priority is the health and safety of our community. In compliance with covid prevention protocols outlined by municipal and provincial health authorities, parkside has outlined the commitment and steps taken in the interest of the health and safety of our community. 1. Maximum Capacity + Physical Distancing All community areas in the building are subject to capacity limits. All doors are labelled with the proper person limit per space. Please respect the capacity limit of each space. Any member of our staff has the authority to enforce this rule. 2. City Mask Mandate Usage of mask covering chin and nose is required while traversing and or staying in any community spaces, including hallways, elevators, common lounges etc. 3. Sanitization Stations Sanitization stations are available throughout the property. Make sure to wash your hands often and avoid touching your face. Wet wipes are available in common areas to sanitize your space before and after usage.

GETTIING MAIL + PARCELS To ensure you receive your mail and parcels please follow the following instructions. Ensure that your shipping address is properly being entered when ordering items for shipment to you at Parkside. See below for the full shipping address. First and Last Name 111 Carlton Street, APT. (Your Unit number and letter here) Toronto, ON, M5B2G3 Unfortunately, if information is missing and we cannot identify the owner of the package, we will not be able to accept the item(s). Once a package is received, you will get a notification sent to your email to pick up your parcel at the front Desk. Please make sure you bring photo identification in order to pick up your package. All letters will be placed in your mailbox located on the second floor. If packages are not picked up within 5 days of arrival, we will Return To Sender (RTS). 6 | PARKSIDE PULSE
