Additionally, as your current lease term ends on August 20, 2025, now is the perfect time to start planning your housing arrangements for the upcoming academic year (Fall 2025). While Renewal Applications are still open, spaces at Parkside are filling up quickly. By choosing Parkside as your Home Away from Home for the Fall 2025-26 season, you can secure your living arrangements in advance and enjoy peace of mind.
Lastly, we’re excited to announce the return of our most popular event, CARNIVAL at Parkside, this month! You won’t want to miss out on this fantastic event, so stay tuned for more updates coming your way soon.
