GETTIING MAIL + PARCELS

To ensure you receive your mail and parcels please follow the following instructions. Ensure that your shipping address is properly being entered when ordering items for shipment to you at Parkside. See below for the full shipping address.

Unfortunately, if information is missing and we cannot identify the owner of the package, we will not be able to accept the item(s).

Once a package is received, you will get a notification sent to your email to pick up your parcel at the front Desk. Please make sure you bring photo identification in order to pick up your package. All letters will be placed in your mailbox located on the second floor.

If packages are not picked up within 5 days of arrival, we will Return To Sender (RTS).

Every floor has a Community Assistant who is there to support you, guide you and make your experience at Parkside the best. We understand COVID-19, virtual classes and upcoming exams can be overwhelming so don’t hesitate to reach out to your CA and let them know how they can support you.
