Soundfest to beat the winter cold together!

Igloofest’s 16th edition offers a rich line-up bringing together several of the most in-demand local and international artists on the global circuit, covering an even greater spectrum of the electronic music universe. Because a winter without Igloofest, just isn't winter. The event has started from 18 Jan and ends all the way on 10th Feb. Grab your tickets online and join the fest at Old Port MTL!

SUGARING OFF SEASON AT SUCRERIE DE LA MONTAGNE During the week or on weekends, Sucrerie de la Montagne lets you experience real Québec traditions. Here, the maple syrup is produced the old-fashioned way: the tree is tapped with a spout, the sap collected in a pail and transported to a traditional wood-fired evaporator, where it is transformed into maple syrup.

Moving or Excising helps many with forms of depression, it may seem hard at first but excises boosts natural melatonin and will leave you happy and refreshed after

If you feel like your mental health is taking a toll on your life it is critical to talk to someone. Anyone around you, friends, family or your community assistant can be resources in hard times.

Make Sure you Keep Eating When fighting depression normal things like eating can seem less important and slip away. making sure you a nourishing yourself is very important and vital for living.
