Hi Parksiders, December is here, woohoo! As we approach the end of the term and gear towards exams season, remember to take some time to selfcare! Toronto offers great activities in December like the Distillery Holiday market, ice skating and more. Feeling like staying in? Explore the various parkside amenities, challenge your friends to a Foosball or ping pong match, watch a movie in the theatre lounge or grab a book and get cozy by the fireplace! As we prepare for the exam season’s crunch time, all study rooms on the second floor will be designated low to quiet study spaces for the duration of the exam season. Further, exam season quiet hours are in effect starting December 1st. Don’t forget to participate in our December programing! We have prepared a sweeping series of events tailored for the exam season and the joys of the holidays. These are great opportunities to go for a study break or to refresh your mind. See your house bulletin board for the upcoming program. If you would like to give back to the community. Parkside is hosting a holiday drive for babies and toddlers. If you would like to donate, please drop your donations at the front desk or in the boxes by the elevators on the lobby level. Please refer to the list sent via email or posted at the boxes. From all of us at Parkside, we wish you the best in your final examinations, a warm and happy holiday season and finally, a fantastic and success-filled 2022.
