For the most efficient move-in experience, all incoming residents must complete the following steps before your scheduled move-in date or September 1st, 2026:
1) Provide Proof of Insurance: As noted in the lease agreement, CampusOne does not assume any liability for unintentional damage(s) or loss(es) that occur to the building or personal property of residents. You are required to have insurance, but you may choose any provider you prefer. In an effort to ensure that our residents are protected while living at CampusOne, we have collaborated with SUMMIT Insurance to directly provide access to coverage, which can be conveniently purchased online in minutes. Here are a few examples of how insurance can protect you, depending on the coverage you select: Damage and/or Stolen Valuables Coverage can protect you if you leave your laptop or other items unattended and they are stolen. Fire or Smoke Coverage can protect you if someone accidentally starts a fire in your unit, causing damage to the building or your personal belongings. Water Damage Coverage can protect you if you accidentally trigger a sprinkler or through improper use of the shower curtain, cause a leak into the unit below. Remember to have your mandatory liability insurance in place, before move-in. 2) Log in to your Entrata resident profile and complete all move-in checklist items: If you cannot access your Entrata portal, contact the office by phone or email. 3) Book Your Time of Arrival: Use the Move-In Reservation Date and Time Booking to confirm your move-in date and Time. See the move-in email. 4) Pay your 1st installment: Keys will only be issued once your first and last month’s rent and meal plan (if applicable) are paid. Payments can be made by cheque, money order, bank draft, or via the Entrata resident portal. Post-dated cheques for the lease duration are also accepted in the office.
Once you complete the above requirements, you can move-in! Get to know your new home at CampusOne! Your Key Packs will be provided upon arrival, and for all CampusOne information, please refer to the Important Links in your Entrata Resident Portal.
*All tasks must be completed before move-in. Residents who haven’t finished will need to do so outside the loading dock before returning

ROOM ASSIGNMENTS By now you already know your Unit and Bedroom number, and have a list of your roommates and contacts. Have you contacted your roommates yet? Your Res Life journey starts now! Make sure to start a conversation with your roommates regarding your suite arrangements. Talk to your roommates before you move-in about common items you can share. Please DO NOT bring a moving truck or trailer attached to your vehicle. Due to the limited space for unloading and parking vehicles, these cannot be accommodated in the unloading area. Please refer to your handbook as items such as couches, mattresses, and other soft furnishings will not be permitted.
"Roommates by chance, Friends by choice" Start the year on the right foot with your roommates! You can surprise them with a welcome gift, and attend the Welcome Week events. Don't forget to establish your unit rules in the Roommate Agreement, and remember that communication is key!
