This month’s Resident of the Month is none other than Campus1’s newest addition, Karl Elton! Originally from Belgium, Karl comes from Peruvian and Swedish background and is what you’d call a true polyglot. He speaks English, French, Spanish, and Swedish, and even understands Norwegian and Portuguese! Karl is currently studying Biochemistry at Concordia University. When he’s not in class, you’ll likely find him at the gym, the skating rink, or out for a run. But don’t let his athleticism fool you! Karl is also an old soul with a love for playing the piano, cooking, and unwinding with a warm cup of tea. He’s been truly enjoying his time at Campus1 and was even the winner of a TV from our survey raffle! If you see him around, challenge him to a ping-pong match...but fair warning, he’ll probably beat you!
Take advantage of the beautiful weather while you can!
Located in the Plateau, La Fontaine Park is perfect for a stroll, a game of tennis, or enjoying a sunny day by the pond.

and tricks to help you!
Prioritize & Plan Active Studying Take Care of Yourself
List all your exams and assignments, then break your study time into manageable chunks. Use a planner or app to track deadlines and focus on high-priority subjects first.
Don’t just reread notes test yourself with flashcards, teach concepts to a friend (or a stuffed animal!), and do practice questions to reinforce learning.
Sleep is key for memory, so aim for at least 6-8 hours. Stay hydrated, eat brain-boosting foods (like nuts and dark chocolate), and take short breaks to avoid burnout.
Make sure you’re moved out by 12pm on April 30th (for April ending leases)
Please return your keys, FOBS, laundry cards and to-go meal cards upon departure. Management will inspect your unit. If the unit is left unclean or there are any damages, you will be charged for them.
