Hi! My name is Martha, I am 20 years old and I come from Tanzania. I am a part of the personal support worker program at Centennial College and I have lived in 10 countries. I love meeting new people, so if you see me around, please say Hello :)
Quiet Hours and Exam Hours
A general reminder that Quiet hours and Exam hours are in effect at this time
Move-Out Day - April 24, 2021
Due to physical distancing measures and our safety protocols, we will have a contactless Move-Out process. Please follow the steps below to ensure a quick and easy Move-Out process. Please note, that if you are scheduled to Move-Out April 24th, you will need to vacate the unit no later than 12:00 noon.
Once you are ready to leave the unit, please ensure that: the bedroom is swept or vacuumed, the drawers and desk are cleared of all items, the wall surfaces are clean and cleared of all items, the common area (kitchen, living-room and washrooms) are cleaned and all personal items are removed and garbage disposed of appropriately. There will be charges applied to your account if the staff have to dispose of any items or clean your unit and common spaces.
Now that you have everything packed and ready to move-out, please ensure that you check your mailbox and remove all letters that belong to you. Similarly, please collect all outstanding packages. Also just a reminder to change your mailing address prior to moving out, so all your packages and mails can be delivered to your new address. Mails and packages that arrive at Centennial Place for a past resident will be "Returned to Sender".
You will then be required to return: the bedroom key, mailbox key, access cards and laundry cards at the front desk. Keys not returned at the date and time of Move-Out will be considered as a lost and charges will be made to your account.
Now that you have returned your keys and access cards, you will need to complete the Move-Out form, which can be done by scanning the QR code at the front desk or by clicking the link in your email. Once you have done that, the Move-Out process is now complete.
