EXAM PREPeraTION Time Management

It is important to plan your time accordingly to give yourself ample time to prepare before an exam. To do so, it is important to set manageable goals for yourself everyday leading up to test day. It is also recommended that your study plan finish a day or two before your actual exam just in case some days are less productive than expected.

Balance Coping With Stress

Although one may be tempted to spend every minute of the day studying, it is important to make time for other things as well. This could include going to the gym, listening to music, or cooking yourself a meal. This will help you to refocus and ultimately be more efficient.

At the end of the day, as important as exams are, your mental health should always come first. If you are facing high levels of stress please reach out to others you trust. There are an abundance of resources both on and off campus, Do not be afraid to speak with your Floor Fellow!

Work Orders What is a Work Order?

A work order is a document submitted electronically to Campus1 MTL management requesting some type of repair be completed by Maintenance in a resident's unit.

Why fill out a Work Order?

It is the responsibility of the resident to fill out a work order if there is a deficiency in the room. This could include, for example, chipped paint, broken furniture, plumbing issues, heating / electrical problems ...etc...

How do I fill out a Work Order? It's very simple! The work order form can be found on our website: www.campus1mtl.ca. Scroll to the bottom of the homepage, and click on the 'Submit a Work Order' button on the right hand side.
