Prophet Dr. Kofi Danso receives Global Humanitarian Leadership Award

Global Humanitarian Leadership Award given to Prophet Dr. Kofi Danso

Prophet Dr. Danso was awarded the Global Humanitarian Leadership Award in recognition of his outstanding leadership, the proclamation of the gospel and initiatives that foster hope and transformation in the global community in September 2022.

Prophet Dr. Kofi Danso was also awarded the 2022 US Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award from the office of U.S President Joseph R. Biden. The historic awards night, which was held in Washington, recognized the achievements of community development leaders, diplomats, elected officials, and corporate and spiritual leaders who act primarily from a faithbased perspective.

The highly respected spiritual leader, who is the senior pastor of North America’s fastest growing church in Toronto, Canada, was also honored for his impact on society across the nations.

The event boasted of 55 leaders that were the recipients of the award, which is the highest civic recognition given to leaders and individuals for volunteerism and community service, as well as other leaders who have received the Global Humanitarian Leadership Award.

The event also celebrated the 51st Annual Legislative Conference (ALC), a premier policy conference in the United States focused on issues affecting people of African heritage and the global black community.

Those attending the conference included Ghana’s Ambassador to the United States, His Excellency Alima Mahama; His Royal Majesty Okatakyie Asafo Boakye III, King of Sanzule Kingdom, Ghana West Africa; Rev. Thomas Bowen, Washington DC Mayor’s Office, Muriel; and other dignitaries.

Prophet Dr. Danso has received numerous awards during his illustrious pastoral career, including the Canada Glass Award in 2015, an honorary Doctorate from Canadian Christian Theological Seminary in Calgary, Canada, in 2015. In 2022 he was also honored by the MPP for the Vaughan-Woodbridge Region.

Amidst all his achievements and accolades, Prophet Danso’s mission remains the same: toshare the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the lost, while delivering a kingdom transformingmessage to raise leaders and champions to take over the 21st century for Christ.

Prophet Danso is a true exemplary leader that exudes humility and passion, he is known as more than just a spiritual father to the innumerable people that seek him out for his precise prophetic words, wise counsel and practical guidance, Prophet Danso continues to make a lasting impact in the community and this generation, and the generations to follow.
