Supporting
Four-and-a-half years ago, a group of Camrosians came up with the idea to commemorate the life of Larry Gibson, who was always a tremendous volunteer and a near unequalled advocate for the local Special Olympic program. This yearâs
Larry Gibson Memorial Walk-Run will take place virtually, the time of your choosing, between May 1 and 4. In these unusual times, participants are strongly encouraged to keep connected by sharing photos of your walk or run on social media. Instructions for posting memories of your commitment to this yearâs Walk-Run for Special Olympics can be found at www.specialolympics.ab.ca/camrose.
