It is officially spring, the time of year when putting hands into dirt means the prospects of little green shoots and new beginnings. Avonroy Gardens owner/operator Murielle Olsen is busy tilling earth and planting seeds, preparing for another season of bright, colourful greenery and flowers. “I'm hoping what I do brings much needed joy to people.” Nothing can lift spirits like the hope of new life popping its head out of the warming soil and the anticipation of baskets and planters overflowing with beautiful flowers.
