Bunk Request

This is one of the many tools we use to create compatible bunk communities. While we cannot guarantee every request, all are taken into consideration.

Camper Transportation

This gives us information on how your son will travel to and from camp. It allows us to plan accordingly for staffing and vehicle purposes (i.e. save a seat for him on a bus, coordinate airport pick-ups, etc.).

Camper Profile

This is reviewed by the Directors and leadership team responsible for your son. It enables us to know as much as possible so we can provide him with his best summer. Children and circumstances change from year-to-year. Therefore, as with all forms, we need this form completed each season.

Additional Options

This will allow you to sign your son up for intensive programs such as Tennis, Golf & Ice Hockey. These intensive programs are optional and require additional fees. Please refer to Page 9 for more information.

Ice Hockey

If your son is participating in the Ice Hockey program (optional as mentioned above), this is required.
