Location.

Leeds is the third-largest city in the UK and is located in West Yorkshire, with the River Aire flowing through it. The city is a popular choice for students as it home to many universities and institutions. Leeds has great transport links to other impressive cities and attractions, including Harrogate, York, and the Yorkshire Dales National Park, which is full of stunning scenery. Slightly further afield, you’ll find Otley and Wetherby – two of Yorkshire’s most picturesque towns which are a must-visit.

There’s no doubt you’ll be entertained in Leeds, with a buzzing live music scene that supports up-and-coming bands in smaller venues, as well as beloved acts who you’ll find headlining Leeds Arena. If you enjoy a night at the theatre, Leeds is home to an awardwinning national theatre.

You can’t be a student in Leeds without at least hearing about the Otley Run. Arenowned tradition in the city, you will see groups attempting the 16-bar pub crawl every weekend, which runs from Headingley to Hyde Park. If you really want to get in the spirit, fancy dress is a must.

Located close to the city centre, the Village is a easily accessible for students studying at Leeds Beckett University and the University of Leeds.

So you can make your commute your way, whether that’s jumping on a bus or taking a leisurely stroll. As you’re also within walking distance of Leeds city centre, you’ll be able to explore the local hotspots whenever you feel like it.

With endless shops, interesting markets, classic arcades, and 16 museums and galleries, Leeds will never get boring. There are endless bars and eateries surrounding your new home, so you won’t get stuck for cool places to explore with your new friends.

The location of Burley Road is great. It’s the perfect area as it’s not overwhelmingly busy, but it’s also super close to everything that you need in Leeds. Living at the village has enabled me to meet people from completely different courses and universities; I have managed to meet some fantastic friends who I wouldn’t have had the chance to meet otherwise.

Choosing to live with us

We understand that our village is your home and we are as unique as you are! You have the flexibility to choose who you live with. Whether you choose to live by yourself, or with a group of friends, we can find you a room that’s right for you.

Group booking

We know how much fun living with your friends can be, which is why we make it easy for you to book a flat together. Our flats come in clusters of either three, four, or five. You will all have individual contracts for your own room, and with all bills included, there is no need to worry about splitting the cost.

They are passionate about resident experience, and work hard to build the strong village communities which we know you’ll grow to love. Should you experience any problems or have any questions, they will always be on hand to help.

Maintenance

The onsite team provide fast repairs and will get you back up and running should you encounter any problems. Their focus is to ensure the building remains safe and compliant and are your go-to people if you need help with any odd jobs in your flat.

Housekeepers

The high cleaning standards of our villages are maintained by a team of committed housekeepers. They ensure all public areas of the village are kept as hygienic as possible and are on-hand to resolve any issues that might arise.

It’s important that you feel comfortable and supported when you choose to live with us.

Our friendly Village Teams are available 24-hours a day, seven days a week, every day of the year (including all UK Bank holidays). This is to ensure you always have someone to speak to should you need our help or support.

We regularly review and update our safety policies, in line with government guidance, as well as relevant health authorities.

All our villages have CCTV installed, and access in and around the buildings is operated with a secure key card/fob system. In addition, all bedrooms can be locked with your access keys.

We know how important your belongings are to you.
