Overview of Campaign  

Campus Circle worked on the marketing for the Latino Spring Break Bash. This report recaps our efforts on multiple levels including:

 

Online Marketing through CampusCircle.com including banner advertising, dedicated emailing, newsletter advertising, a sweepstakes and calendar listings.

 

Social Media - Campus Circle utilized its own social media channels to promote the event. We disseminated original content for the event through our facebook and twitter accounts.

 

Campus Circle - Print advertising for the Latino Spring Break Bash ran in our free alternative newspaper.


Banner Advertising ď Źâ€ˆ

Banner advertising for the Latino Spring Break Bash appeared on our website. The banner ads ran throughout 95% of the site. Our monthly traffic currently averages 594,000 page views and 135,000 unique visitors. The banner ad had 172,677 impressions and 74 clicks. The value of the banner ad was $1,720.00.


Dedicated Email Campaign #1  

Campus Circle sent out a dedicated email to promote the Latino Spring Break Bash

 

The stats for the email were as follows: Emails sent: 27,833 Total Opens = 2,813 Total Clicks = 268 Value = $1,200.00

Campus Circle posted a preview of the Latino Spring Break Bash on its website. The article was used as a social media tool to promote the event. It was viewed 929 times.

Print editorial in Campus Circle The Spring Break Bash article also appeared in the April 11 issue of Campus Circle. Campus Circle is distributed to 500 plus retail outlets and schools in the Los Angeles area. The value of the article was $775.00.



Banner advertising for the Spring Break Bash appeared in our weekly email newsletter for 2 weeks

 

The Campus Circle weekly email newsletter reaches 27,000+ members per week in the greater Los Angeles area. The banner ads had 70 combined clicks.

 

The total value of the banner ads over 2 weeks was $600.00
