We are grateful for the difference you made as a Summer Staff member and hope you will continue your time at camp by stepping into this leadership opportunity. Our Top Staff compensation is highly competitive, with the potential to earn up to $6,000.

JUST SO YOU KNOW...

We strongly encourage our Top Staff to work at least 3 sessions and to attend Staff Orientation, which is essential to your success in this role. The more sessions you serve, the greater ownership and impact you will have within your specific area of camp.

We’re a smaller, close-knit team — working together each day to support and encourage one another. Whether you’re serving alongside familiar faces or meeting new people who will quickly feel like family, you’ll build lasting bonds that extend far beyond the summer. As a member of Top Staff, you’ll continually be in awe of how the Lord works through the people around you.

Get to know our Directors and learn from their years of experience and wisdom! Throughout the summer, you’ll join meetings with Top Staff and Permanent Staff to gain meaningful insight into how camp operates behind the scenes.

Time off for Top Staff looks a little different than for Summer Staff — you’ll get the entire day off instead of just lunch to lunch! Plus, you’ll have additional opportunities to enjoy mornings or nights off throughout the summer.

Embrace this opportunity to truly live out an “It’s not about me” summer. Use this time to develop your gifts to their fullest potential and look for ways to serve others through them. In doing so, you’re living out an act of both love and obedience.

Most importantly, being a Top Staff will allow you to grow in your faith and lean fully on the Lord. You will be tested and stretched throughout the summer, yet in a way that pushes you to realize that you cannot do this life on your own. As you grow in your faith, you will get to invest in both the campers and Summer Staff in your area.
