CAMPING TARIFF EXEMPLE PRICE PER DAY = NUMBER OF ADULTS + NUMBER OF CHILDREN + PITCH + ELECTRICITY. Electric connection: (Blue European plug for exterior, adaptor needed in most cases) Customers arriving during October and November will keep the prices until the end of their stay (max. 30th. June).

By winter stays longer than 90 days, low season tariff will be applied.

In stays longer than 60 days, clients will be provided with an electricity meter and pay their consumption.

Bungalows have a room with a double bed and another one with twin beds and bunk bed. (1) From 01/01/2014 to 16/04/2014 and from 14/09/2014 al 08/04/2015.

(2) Bungalows DUNA have 2 floors. Ground floor: 1 room with a double bed. First floor (loft): 1 room with 3 single beds. All of them are fully furnished with sheets, TV, air-conditioning and heating. They have a bathroom with shower, wash basin, w.c. and towels. Kitchen with dishes, fridge and microwave. We clean the bungalow and change the sheets once a week (towels are changed every 4 days). Extra cleaning service and change of sheets: 20 €. This cleaning doesn’t include washing the dishes. Butane gas and electricity are included in these prices, except for stays longer than 30 days (1 kW = 0,35 €). (3) Dogs Prohibited. (4) Neptuno Bungalows 4 people maximum. On the day of arrival the bungalow will be ready from 17:00 and the day of departure they should be free before 12:00.

CONDITIONS TO RESERVE PITCHES Advance payment (free of charges): 50 € per pitch. The campsite management asks you for written booking applications and promises only to reserve the requested number of pitches with no possibility of choice of a particular pitch. In periods with an established minimum stay, the client commits to paying the minimum amount of days of the booking.

CONDITIONS TO RESERVE BUNGALOWS The campsite management asks you for written booking applications and promises only to reserve the requested number of bungalows with no possibility of choice of a particular bungalow. The 50% of the total stay should be paid in advance free of expenses as a guarantee for the reservation. The rest will be paid on the client arrival.

Customers will leave 60 € on arrival as deposit against damages caused to the bungalows inventory. This guarantee will be refunded on their departure once the bungalow has been checked.

BOOKINGS CANCELLATION (pitch/bungalow) In case of cancellation with less than 7 days notice, the advance payment will not be refunded. If the cancellation is made between 8 and 30 days notice, a refund of 50% is applied. If cancellation notice is done before 30 days a refund of 90% is applied.

After arrival no refunds are applicable. Paid food vouchers can not be refunded.
