Most of our cooking surfaces are supplied with ‘GreenGrill coating’. This ceramic coating is made from materials that don’t contain any toxic substances. The CADAC GreenGrill is much more durable and harder than normal non-stick coating. It resists higher temperatures, divides the heat better and holds this heat, so less gas (or electricity) is used while grilling. Cooking tops are very easy to clean with some water and detergent. The cooking surfaces can be cleaned with the help of the CADAC Soft Soaks (see page 58).

Elevate your cooking experience

Step into our world of innovation with the new 2 Cook 3 Turbo. The new inner flame burner design gives a higher heat output onto the cooking surface, so this saves gas and gives a quicker heat up time. The gas consumption can be up to 30% less than other burners.

The two inner flame burners lie lower in the base of the stove, allowing for a slimmer design which is less affected by windy conditions. Each burner is independently operated with its own control knob and piezo ignition.

The 2 Cook 3 Turbo Deluxe includes two pot stands, a ceramic coated flat plate and ribbed plate, with a removable handle for easy

lifting. Cooking versatility with independent grill plates gives the option of simultaneous grilling, frying, boiling or heating up of food and coffee.

The flat grill plate is ideal for cooking fish, breakfasts and pancakes while the ribbed plate is ideal for grilling meat, fish, chicken and vegetables. Both plates have a GreenGrill ceramic coating which can be soaked in the CADAC Soft Soaks for easy cleaning.

The rubber feet prevents the stove from slipping. After use, you can clip the lid closed. Pack away your stove after use in the convenient carry bag that is included.

The possibility of discovery is endless with the 2 Cook 3 Pro Deluxe. This stylish gas barbecue is a lightweight unit and is the ultimate table top companion, with two independent burners, each with piezo ignition.

The 2 Cook Pro Deluxe offers versatile cooking options with two pot stands, a ceramic coated flat plate and a ribbed plate, providing the options of grilling, frying or boiling. A handy coffee pot stand is included.

The flat plate is ideal for cooking fish, breakfasts and pancakes and the ribbed plate is ideal for grilling meat, fish, chicken and vegetables. The baking plate and grill plate have a GreenGrill ceramic coating.

The gas button protection allows for safer use preventing accidental gas flow, this is especially handy with small children around. In addition, the rubber feet on the bottom provide extra stability and safety as it prevents the stove from slipping.

The lid doubles up as a windshield; this way the gas flame does not blow out while cooking. After use, you can close the lid again with the handy closing clip.

The Safari Chef 30 Compact is an ultra compact & lightweight gas barbecue. It works directly of a 227g gas cartridge. Simply place it in the appliance, tighten with the safety clip and start cooking or grilling. The perfect appliance for outdoor activities and camping holidays.

Despite its small size, the Safari Chef 30 Compact includes a powerful burner allowing for efficient cooking. It is extremely versatile due to the various cooking tops included; a pot stand, BBQ grid, flat plate and pot/lid. Use the pot stand to cook a

Trendy, portable electric BBQ

Discover the taste & comfort of electric grilling with CADAC’s E Braai 40 FS. This electric BBQ is perfect for use on a balcony or in a garden, but it’s also easy to transport as a table top during holiday.

The 2.3kW heat coil ensures quick heat up time. A detachable glass ring protects the coil from the cooking fat. With the Auto Grill Temperature control setting you can accurately set the desired temperature. The temperature is not measured as usual underneath the lid, but from the grid itself. The Citi Chef 40 FS is a trendy and versatile barbecue. This gas barbecue on legs is available in 2 colors: Black and Flint Grey. Just like the other Citi Chef barbecues, the Citi Chef 40 FS is a real eye-catcher on your terrace, balcony or in the garden. The legs are made of durable wood from the rubber tree. The Meridian Built-in is a stainless steel gas barbecue; this built-in model can be placed on any flat surface. With the side handles you can easily place it in your own outdoor kitchen or in a niche in the garden room. Thanks to the non-slip rubber feet, the barbecue stays in place.

The four burners all have their own automatic ignition and a flame distributor. The flame distributors ensure that the heat is well distributed over the barbecue, but also that no food fat gets on the burners. The Meridian Built-in comes with 3 Thermogrill * grids and a warming rack. The lid is made of double-walled stainless steel for good heat retention and has an accurate thermometer to ensure perfect cooking. The removable fat tray collects cooking residues. After grilling, you can easily remove the tray from the front of the barbecue for cleaning.

TRIO POWER PAK

The CADAC Trio Power Pak and the CADAC Dual Power Pak replace a gas cylinder and regulator. The Power Paks are lightweight, portable and easy to use. The regulator and hose is included. Once you fit the disposable cartridges to a CADAC Power Pak, the LP gas supplies (at 28Mbar or 50Mbar) the camping appliance or barbecue. The universal fitting on the end of the hose is a ¼” BSP left hand thread, so the Dual Power Pak or Trio Power Pak can be used with any brand of camping stove or barbecue.

DUAL POWER PAK

The Dual Power Pak is driven by 2x 445g or 2x 500g EN417 threaded cartridges (not included). Each cartridge can be independently fitted and each gas cartridge feeds the appliance. 1kg gas will supply a small barbecue like the Safari Chef 30 for ± 10 hours.

The Trio Power Pak is driven by 3x bayonet style nozzle valve cartridges of 227g each (not included). This amount of gas will feed a small appliance or barbecue for ± 6 hours. The Trio has a removable back cover. When this is unclipped, the 3 cartridges can be fitted and clipped into the valve.

CLEANING & MAINTENANCE

How do I maintain the CADAC cooking surfaces?

Most of our cooking surfaces (like the paella pan and BBQ grid) have our GreenGrill ceramic coating. Always use wooden or plastic utensils to avoid damaging this coating. Our GreenGrill Brush is perfect for cleaning these GreenGrill coatings.

You can clean the surfaces in (warm) water with a soft sponge or dishwashing brush. You can also use the CADAC barbecue cleaner. Never use scourers or abrasives.

How do I clean my BBQ grid?

By using the Soft Soak your grill does not get so damaged as traditional scrubs, brushes and chemicals would. The method of leaving the grill to soak in this soft protected environment loosens food and hard to remove grit without the need to scrub and scrape your grills coating off.

How do I maintain my CADAC barbecue?

To enjoy your CADAC product for a long time, we advise you to thoroughly clean it after each use. Use a full-length, UV-resistant cover when you do not use your BBQ.

Note that our covers are water resistant but not 100% waterproof. If you do not use your BBQ for a longer period, store your barbecue in the storage bags (camping BBQ’s) or put it in a garage or shed underneath a decent BBQ cover.

How do I clean the fat pan?

While you barbecue, the fat will drip into the fat pan. If you place some water with vinegar or some sand into the fat pan before use, you can easily skim the fat afterwards.

If you don’t remove the fat from the fat pan on a regular base you will increase the chance of “flaring”.
