Executive Summary: Mortgage Rates hit a 2018 peak of 4.94 percent this week (per FreddieMac 11/08/18), and rates have increased 104 basis points (just over 1%) in the last 12 months Household income is increasing during an economic expansion in Southern California, and this is very welcome news that generally benefits the real estate market.
