FF&E Selection

Private Office

The design intent of the private offices are to be light and airy and take advantage of the location near windows. The use of colors found in nature are calming, relieve stress and provide a connection to nature while indoors.

All furniture selections are sourced from Steelcase. Most fabric selections are from Designtex.

FF&E Selection Work Cafe

he work cafe is to collaborative work natural colors and l sense of the space and materials used are darker than the rest of the office. There is a sense of being in nature rather than an office. There are different types of seating throughout including collaborative, meeting, and individual seating

All furniture selections are sourced from Steelcase. Most fabric selections are from Designtex

research & planning

Learning how to design around and on the topography was an important part of this project. My project cut into the landscape with its walk out basement.

These diagrams helped decide what needed to be next to each other and on which floor. Further, the bubble diagram started to lay out the floor plan.
