01 CASA GARCÍA Achitectural Projects I Residential housing Location: Monterrey, Mexico Area: 140 m2 Year: 2019 Casa Garcia is designed to fit a family’s needs. Erica and Mundo are a married couple that have two children and a dog. After extensive research into who they are, what they do and what they need, it was concluded that they needed a home that promoted social coexistence and was flexible enough to satisfy all of their different needs. The first floor is designed so that all spaces can become one, perfect for social gatherings. The second floor is more private and re served for the family, emphasis is made in the family room-ter race. The third level becomes a flexible social-private space.

COMUNITARIOCENTROACS

Community Building Location: Monterrey, Mexico Area: 5300 m2 Year: 2020 In Collaboration with Diego Alejandro Lozano Suro

The project is situated in the heart of the neighborhood “El Cerro de la Sil la”. ACS (Árbol del cerro de la silla) is a community center that promotes the coexistence of the inhabitants of the “Cerro de la Silla” neighbor hood, transforming the block into the heart of the community. Attending to the needs and general tastes, regardless of the age range. The concept is born from the idea of a tree trunk, the trunk is the heart of the tree, its texture represent growth and it connects the roots (the neighborhood) with the leafs (the community), all values that resonate to the project.

ELEVATION - EDUCATION BUIDLING

The towers are designed with the purpose of offering the users a space they can call home. In recent times we have realized that outdoor areas have become just as important as indoor areas and sustainability is an indisputable factor in the design and construc tion of any project. AEDAS towers are designed with a modular pre fabricated system that makes construction easier and more sus tainable. The typologies are made up of 12 modules which can be rearranged to create different outdoor spaces and indoor accommo dations. As well as housing, the towers include many amenities like a gimnasium, pool, tv room, play room and a vast green outdoor area.

Achitectural Projects V Modular Arquitecture Location: Yoni, SierraYear:Leone2021 Yonis’ population is rapidly growing, making it hard for the village to ad just its architectural footprint, infrastructure and quality of life. This project proposal follows a design that allows incremental growth and an architec ture that responds to climatological needs using sustainable strategies. Six modules are established and with different combinations three typologies are created, all unified by a zinc roof. The dwellings are arranged in a semi circular shape, which enables an easy and seamless addition and con nection to other dwellings. Vernacular construction strategies are used to make the dwellings more sustainable and easy to build for the local people.

The hexagonal roofing allows for an easy unification of every dwelling CONNECTION Nuclei are created at the center of the dwellings that allow them to con nect and coexist CONNECTION All the dwellings have direct connection with the nuclei and its surroundings GROWTH The community can grow easi ly to satisfy its rapid population growth. The distribution of the dwellings and the tipologies allows for there to always be a direct connecton and circula tion between them.
