Surf Photo Shoot at Snapper Rocks TO CELEBRATE THE LAUNCH OF AQUATECH, SOME OF THE CAMERAPRO TEAM TOOK THE CHANCE TO DON WETSUITS AND FINS AND PUT THE GEAR TO THE TEST IN THE BLUE, SALTY WATERS OF SNAPPER ROCKS.

With equipment supplied by AquaTech and Canon Australia, Louise, Alex and Jackson set off for a full day photo shoot to showcase both brands in the same waves that play home to the Quicksilver Pro and Roxy Pro surf championships at Coolangatta.

Arriving in time for spectacular sunrise panoramas, they spent the day photographing stills and video in the water, under the water, and from the shore.

The results? Stunning images that reveal a whole new world beneath the water’s surface – from new textures and colours that just don’t exist on land to atmospheric scenes that would have been impossible to capture otherwise. It also proved to be a whole lot of fun!

Thanks for coming!

Camera Pro’s Visual Storytelling festival on 26th May was our biggest and best photography festival yet!

Hundreds of people joined in the fun, with free workshops, low cost master classes, photography walking tours, entertainment and plenty of prizes, giveaways and food and drink.

On the day we also had local representatives in store from all our major brands, who were full of hands on advice, the latest gear and ready to share their knowledge.
