CAMBRIDGE LAW REPORTS Cambridge Law Reports (CLR) offers you fast and easy access to both the International Convention on the Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) Reports and the International Law Reports (ILR).

Select the parameters you want to search by and click the ‘Search’ button.

FILTERING

YOUR SEARCH RESULTS

1 REFINE YOUR SEARCH On the search results screen you can choose to click directly to the case using the title or the DOI reference or you can refine the search more using the parameters on the left hand side.

2 SEARCH WITHIN RESULTS You can ‘Search within the Results’ using the following facets, ticking the adjoining box and selecting ‘Submit’. REGISTER OR LOG IN

FOR EXTRA FUNCTIONALITY

If you want to access saved searches, saved cases and alerts you will need to register for an account.

1 LOG IN Simply select the ‘Login’ box on the top right

2 REGISTER Select ‘Register for an Account’, complete the required information and select ‘Submit Please note: If you already have a Cambridge Books Online or Cambridge Journals Online account you will be able to use this to log in to Cambridge Law Reports.

SAVE SEARCH If you are likely to conduct a search multiple times you can select ‘Save Search’ from the results screen, using the ‘Save Search’ option on the bottom left, you will need to be logged in to do this.

SET UP ALERTS You can also select to be alerted if any new cases are available that fit this criteria.

MY REPORTS In the ‘My Reports’ section you can also view your recent history, your 5 most recent saved searches and view and edit saved cases and alerts. You can also contact us with information regarding decisions you would like to see included in CLR in the future.

VIEWING A CASE

ON CAMBRIDGE LAW REPORTS

Once you have selected the case you want to explore you can: 1

Choose to read in HTML or as a PDF

Navigate easily across different pages or paragraphs

Use the section headings on the left to jump to specific content (for example the Summary or Judgment)

Select the ‘<<’ button to hide this panel and view the case full screen

Choose to save your case to access again using the ‘My Reports’ function

Export citations in popular file formats, directly to RefWorks or email to a colleague

EXTRA LIBRARIAN FEATURES Institutional administrators will also have the option to: 1

Download MARC Records and KBART lists for your Cambridge Law Reports holding

Log into the Account Administrator to download monthly usage reports (available near the start of each month)
