The Cambria Internship Program is an immersive, in-person journey designed to turn ambitious students into the next generation of leaders. Over 12 weeks at our Minnesota facilities, interns don’t just shadow teams—they dive headfirst into real-world projects that move the business forward across all departments including engineering, marketing, and IT. By working hands-on alongside our leadership, students gain the high-level exposure and skills needed to launch a career, often leading to a permanent home here at Cambria.
