Annual General Meeting Mr Stephen May

Senior Director, Alumni and Advancement at La Trobe University Stephen has more than 20 years’ experience working in strategic marketing and development roles across the higher education, not for profit and healthcare sectors. He has an MBA from Mt Eliza/Melbourne Business School and a Bachelor of Education from Deakin University and brings extensive expertise and knowledge around philanthropy and international alumni programs.

Stephen is currently the Senior

Director, Alumni and Advancement at La Trobe University where he is responsible for delivering the $100M Make the Difference Campaign. Prior to taking up his current role Stephen held the role of Director of Advancement in the Faculty of Business and Economics at the University of Melbourne where he played a significant role in the success of the University’s $500M Believe campaign and led the development

of the Faculty’s international alumni engagement strategy. Stephen previously held the role of Executive Director of the Epworth Medical Foundation where he led a $50M campaign for the redevelopment of Epworth Healthcare’s flagship Richmond Hospital.
