Students will work with Master Quick to learn a variety of skills through drills, routines, and “mat chart.” Skills include focus, balance, coordination, memory, discipline, control, stranger safety, confidence, sportsmanship, and listening.

Have a budding chef ready to let their creativity shine? This club is perfect for kids who love trying new foods and love learning new nutritious recipes. We will create delicious, yet nutritious snacks that can easily be made at home.
